Let me share the inspiration behind the spelling of "lyfe." Years ago, I often engaged in thoughtful conversations with my older sister. I would start with phrases like, “If we do this… or if we do that…” and she would always respond, “If is in the middle of life.” Her words struck a chord with me, revealing how uncertain and unpredictable life can often feel.

But here’s the powerful truth I discovered: "if" doesn’t define your life; you do. You are at the center of "lyfe," making choices that matter and crafting your own reality. It’s not about dwelling on the unknowns; it’s about embracing your agency and recognizing that you hold the power to shape your experiences. While "lyfe" may present challenges, it is your actions and decisions that bring meaning and purpose to it.

I urge you to change your perspective on "lyfe." See it not as a series of uncertainties, but as a canvas waiting for your unique touch. You possess the incredible power to create the life you desire. Declare your intentions, meditate on them, affirm them, and then take action to turn those intentions into reality.
